Scheduling An Appointment

Thank you for your interest in Guilford Immediate Care. We are a walk-in clinic open 7 days a week. Our hours are Mon-Fri: 8AM – 8PM (Patient cut off time is at 7:30PM on weekdays) and Sat-Sun: 8AM – 2PM. Please note that you do not need an appointment to receive medical care in our office.
