Part-Time Medical Assistant – Urgent Care
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced urgent care clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys patient care, teamwork, and working in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Assisting providers with patient care and clinical procedures
- Performing EKGs, injections, and X-rays
- Preparing exam rooms and maintaining clinic flow
- Documenting patient information accurately in the medical record
- Delivering excellent customer service to patients and families
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- MA or CMA certification/registration
- 1+ years of experience in an urgent care or emergency room setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required
Urgent Care / Primary Care Provider (NP or PA)
We are seeking a dedicated Provider to deliver high-quality urgent and primary care services in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and treating acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic conditions
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Performing minor procedures
- Managing ongoing patient care
The ideal candidate holds: An active GA state license, DEA registration, DOT certified and BLS/ACLS certification, with at least 2 yrs experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care.
Preferred: Able to see or familiar with Workers Comp & Occupational Medicine.
Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and excellent patient communication skills are essential.
